It was my first time buying an electric bike in Australia, and a friend recommended a store we passed by. The shop had a wide variety of models, and the staff were very patient, carefully checking many parts for us. They even gave us a small gift. Highly recommended! The battery quality is excellent, and the bike handles uphill with ease—absolutely awesome!

It’s inevitable to encounter some problems after buying a bike, and the most frustrating part is getting it repaired, especially in Sydney, where there are very few places that repair bikes. The few available ones charge high fees and often tell you they don’t have time. 😭 After buying a bike from this shop, I have to give their after-sales service a thumbs up!
