Return and Refund Policy

Returning Items 

• We accept returns within 14 days of original purchase. 
• All items must be in new condition with original packaging. 
• Returns for all purchases require the original receipt. 
• In-store purchases can be taken back to the store you purchsed from. 
• Drive-away ebikes and scooter from shop cannot be returned or refunded. Batteries and accessories cannot be returned. 
• Online purchases must be returned to Technical Center in Auburn, following the online return instructions below. 

Online Return Instructions 

To obtain a refund or exchange for an online order, follow the instructions below. 

Step 1 Find your warranty certificate and write the reason for the return (refund) on the certificate.  

Step 2 Place the warranty certificate, original receipt and your item(s) and completed form back in the original packaging and re­seal the packaging ready for shipping.  

Step 3 Attach a new posting label and post the parcel at any registered post office. (Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.)

Step 4 Forward the details of the courier service & tracking number of your online return along with any additional information to admin@lithiumbicycle.com.au.  

Step 5 Allow 3 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods. When processing an exchange, if the item you require is out of stock, a refund will be issued if a suitable alternative cannot be provided.
