Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

We will process and dispatch your order within 5 to 10 business days.  We ensure that every bike we send meets a quality high standard. We aim to provide a great bike at low cost.

Delivery Range & Costs

We currently ship Australia wide for a flat-fee delivery of $100. For some remote areas, Lithium Bicycle Pty Ltd reserves the right to increase the delivery fee. Should this occur, you will be contacted and notified accordingly. 

Delivery Times

Generally, delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days in addition to the order processing time. While we will endeavour to provide process your order as quickly as possible, delivery times vary widely based on a factors outside of Lithium Bicycle Pty Ltd's control. 

Order Tracking Information

All dispatched orders will come with tracking information sent via email and SMS. A signature is required upon your e-bike delivery. 

Click & Collect

Our stores are located in metro Sydney, and our warehouses are located at Melbourne and Brisbane. Click and collect allows you to save on the delivery fee and we offer free e-bike assembly for in-store pick-up. We encourage customers to visit us in-store to test ride their e-bike and meet our friendly staff! Please click here for our store locations.
